রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা
iOS Cover-এ আমরা চাই আপনি সম্পূর্ণ সন্তুষ্ট থাকুন। তবে রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র নির্দিষ্ট কিছু অবস্থায় গ্রহণযোগ্য।
Eligible for Return or Refund
- Wrong product, incorrect size, or missing item
- Product damaged or defective upon delivery
👉 In such cases, we offer a replacement or full refund.
যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য
- ভুল প্রোডাক্ট, সাইজ বা কোনো আইটেম মিসিং থাকলে
- ডেলিভারির সময় প্রোডাক্ট নষ্ট বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে

Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind after receiving the product
- No issue reported at the time of delivery

Refund Process
Refunds are only applicable if the issue is reported at the time of delivery, in the presence of the delivery agent.
Once the product is accepted without any complaint, returns or refunds will not be processed.
রিফান্ড পদ্ধতি
রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র তখনই প্রযোজ্য, যদি ডেলিভারির সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে সমস্যা জানানো হয়।
পণ্য গ্রহণের পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
Return Time Limit
Return requests must be made within 1 day of receiving the product.
After this period, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
রিটার্ন করার সময়সীমা
পণ্য পাওয়ার ১ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের অনুরোধ করতে হবে।
এর পরে কোনো রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
